5. Kathy takes the pressure off the negotiating process Remember: "The services of an Agent with over 15 years of negotiating experience will cost you no more than that of a Agent that has been recently licensed."
	I can provide you with a copy of the Offer to Purchase form in advance so you can review it prior to receiving an Offer on your home.   This will allow us to review the form and answer any questions that you might have before we are in the middle of an important negotiating situation.
	I will be present with all Offers to Purchase received on your property, to negotiate on your behalf in your best interests and to your best advantage.
	If another Agent brings in an Offer I will interview the Agent regarding details of the purchasers; their ability to qualify for their mortgage (if they need one), how long they have been looking for a home, why they picked your home to submit an Offer on and other specifics that can help us in the negotiations.
	Then we will ask the other Agent to leave the room so that we can discuss the Offer between ourselves in private.  By discussing the offer on our own we often have a better chance of developing a successful negotiating strategy and getting the best price and terms for you!
